Gregory Welch

Gregory Allen Welch, age 48 years, of Gagetown, formerly of Caro, passed away on Thursday, November 16, 2006 as the result of an automobile accident in Sanilac County. He was born on April 23, 1958 in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky and moved to Caro as a child. He attended Caro High School. Gregs love was the joy he found in working on cars. His heart was never selfish. This was proven by his constant action of helping others without the expectation of anything in return. He enjoyed his job at Deckerville Die, where he was employed for the last eight years. Greg is survived by his significant other; Sherrie Ozbat; his daughter, Stephanie Wilcox of Lansing; three grandchildren; his mother, Lillian (Ernest) Gerstenberger of Caro; his siblings, Debra Enos of Caro, Penny Welch of Gagetown, Teresa (Tony) Zechmeister of Caro, Patty Welch and fianc
