Wilma Mcninch

Wilma McNinch, age 95 years, of Leix Road, Mayville, died Thursday, July 12, 2007 at Tuscola County Medical Care Facility, following a lengthy illness. Wilma was born on July 10, 1912 in Cass City to the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles Dickenson. On August 11, 1930 she married Clare E. McNinch and they made their home in Mayville. He preceded her in death on August 28, 1984. Wilma was known as “Mamie” to her friends and grandchildren throughout her years. Her hobbies included bowling, fishing, coin collecting, sewing and dancing. Wilma is survived by one daughter, Ann L. Reimann of Kingston; one son, Richard McNinch of Clio; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Mrs. Gertrude McNinch and Mrs. Mabel Sideck; and one brother, Ed Dickenson. The family will hold private services with burial at Novesta Township Cemetery, Cass City. There will be no visitation at the Collon Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimers Association.
