Addie Pearl Malone

Addie Pearl Malone of Livingston, Tennessee, age 96, passed away on Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at her home, surrounded by her loving family. Addie was born December 11, 1926 in Decatur, Alabama, the daughter of the late Kenny and Josephine (McBrayer) Duke. Addie was an ordained minister having earned a PhD in Theology from Kingston Bible College. She loved playing piano, teaching, and preaching. She also enjoyed playing Rook, fancy dresses, big jewelry, high heels, and loved her pugs. Addie is survived by three children and their spouses, Maurine & Charles Andrews of Waterford, Gayla & Butch Farris of Livingston, Tennessee, Markum & Jackie Terry of Oxford; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Alfred Perry Terry, Jr., who was a US Army veteran of WWII in Patton's third army; her second husband, James Robert Malone; daughter and son-in-law, Grandle & Bill Young; and four sisters and their husbands. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at the Ransford Collon Funeral Home in Caro. Burial will follow at North Grove Cemetery.
