Agnes Gornowicz

Agnes G. Gornowicz, age 82, of Caseville, died Monday morning, January 20, at Scheurer Hospital, Pigeon.
She was born January 29, 1919 to the late Peter and Frances (Miller) Wrobel.
On November 7, 1936, she was united in marriage to Lawrence Gornowicz at St. Ignatius Catholic Church, Frieburg. He preceded her in death in 1983.
Surviving are her son, Larry Gornowicz of Caseville; six grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; her brother, Stanley Wrobel of St Clair and two sisters, Sophie Swartz of Ubly and Minnie Matthews of Utica.Preceding her in death was her son, Gary in 2002.
A funeral mass will be celebrated 11:00 AM Friday, January 24, at St. Roch Catholic Church, Caseville with burial in St. Ignatius Catholic Cemetery, Frieburg.
Friends may call at the Champagne Funeral Chapel, Caseville from 2 to 8 PM Thursday and at the church after 10 AM Friday.
Memorials may be given to the Caseville Library Club.
