Alan Floyd Trisch, age 53, of Caro passed away on Saturday, March 26, 2011 at St. Marys of Michigan in Saginaw He was born on March 21, 1958 in Caro to Deloris (Hover) and the late Jim Trisch, Sr. Alan was Caro High School graduate and lifelong resident of Caro. On September 6, 1986 he married the former Maxine Kieltyka at St. Michaels Catholic Church in Wilmot. Alan was a retired General Motors employee, having worked 20 plus years at Saginaw Steering Gear. He loved his family, deer hunting, especially in the Upper Peninsula at the “Cabin”, and music, with a special interest in Alice Cooper. Alan enjoyed owning and restoring old International tractors. He is survived by his wife, Maxine; his children, Adam Trisch of Gagetown, and Kelly Trisch of Grand Rapids; his mother, Deloris Trisch of Caro; his siblings, Jim Jr. (Charlene) Trisch of Pickford, Sandra Smith of Mt. Pleasant, Patricia Trisch of Caro, and David Trisch of Davidson; several nieces and nephews and cousin, Linda. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Marilyn and Diane Trisch. The funeral service will be held at the Sutton-Sunshine United Methodist Church on Wednesday, March 30, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Pat Robbins officiating. Burial will be at Ellington Township Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the Collon Funeral Home on Tuesday from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. and at the Sutton-Sunshine United Methodist Church on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. Memorials may be made to the charity of the donors choice.
