Alfred Cejka

Alfred Cejka, age 54, of Caro, formerly of Vassar and California, died on Saturday, September 12, 2009 at Caro Community Hospital. He was born on March 25, 1955 in Hackensack, New Jersey to George and Vivienne (Campion) Cejka. Alfred spent much of his life in California where he married the former Michelle Bray. She preceded him in death. He then married the former Francine Putman. After moving to Michigan, he worked as a seasonal employee for Dykehouse Pickle Factory in Vassar. He enjoyed his family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Francine Cejka; numerous children, stepchildren and grandchildren; his siblings; and several nieces and nephews. The family is planning a memorial service to be held at Indianfields Township Park on Saturday, September 19, 2009 at 4:00 p.m. Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation at the Collon Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the Alfred Cejka family discretionary fund, c/o Collon Funeral Home.
