Alfreda E. Mcgowan

Alfreda E. McGowan of Caro, age 66, passed away on Saturday, April 20, 2013 at St. Mary's of Michigan in Saginaw, following a lingering illness. She was born June 8, 1946 in Wyandotte and moved to Caro in 1997. Alfreda was united in marriage with Thomas McGowan on February 17, 1968 in Gibraltar. Alfreda was a homemaker and a former member of the Wahjamega Country Church. Alfreda is survived by her husband, Thomas R. McGowan of Caro; one daughter, Kelly McGowan of Gagetown; two grandsons, Blaine McGowan and Cashel Ferguson, both of Caro; one great-grandson, Wyatt McGowan of Caro; four sisters, two brothers and many nieces and nephews. In keeping with Alfreda's wishes, cremation has taken place.
