Allyn Oesterle

Allyn Oesterle, age 61 years, of Lapeer and formerly of Caro, died on July 18, 2006. He was born on January 25, 1945 in Bay City and was a Tuscola County resident most of his life. He was employed at a variety of jobs in the Caro and Lapeer areas. He enjoyed woodworking and bicycles. He is survived by a son, William Oesterle of Essexville; a sister, Sharon (Robert) Millmine of Akron; as well as several cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Athelene (Bailey) Oesterle. A memorial service will be held at the Collon Funeral Home in Caro on Tuesday, July 25, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Melissa DeRosia of the First Presbyterian Church of Caro officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from noon until the time of service at 2:00 p.m. Following cremation, burial will be at the Demorest Cemetery, Akron. Memorials may be made to the charity of the donors choice.
