Althea Louise Muska

Althea Louise Muska of Caro, age 66, passed away on Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at McLaren - Bay Region after a brave battle with cancer. Althea was born April 15, 1956 in Caro, the daughter of the late Victor and Pauline (Gingrich) Rhodes. She graduated from Caro High School with the class of 1975. On April 4, 1975, she married the love of her life, Gary Muska, sharing over forty-seven years together. Althea was a wonderful homemaker and exceptional caretaker. She had the best personality and always had an upbeat outlook on life. Althea loved to watch NASCAR, go fishing, and camp with her family. You could always find her in the kitchen cooking your favorite dish, in the garden, or canning. Althea's funny, loving, and caring memory will be missed dearly. Althea is survived by her devoted husband, Gary Muska; children, Kimberly (Chad) Ruth and Keith (Jodie) Muska; grandchildren, Darrion, Matthias, and Delaney; three brothers and two sisters; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Althea was preceded in death by her infant son, Steven Andrew and sister, Charlotte Wininger. In keeping with Althea's wishes, cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time.
