Andrew Raymond Crane

Andrew Raymond Crane, 56, of Caseville, died Thursday, October 30, 2014 at Huron County Medical Care Facility in Bad Axe.

Andy was born June 15, 1958 in Flint to Raymond and Maryann (Burry) Crane. He graduated from Montrose High School in 1976. He worked at GM Flint Engine Plant until being permanently disabled in an auto accident in 1979. He has lived in Caseville since 1984, where he enjoyed fishing and flying kites on the beach. He also enjoyed gambling and casinos.

He is survived by his parents Raymond and Maryann of Birch Run; siblings Bonnie (Frank) Boys of Alabama, Yvonne (Mike) Grapp of Essexville, Fred (Racheal) of St. Charles, Homer (Tanya) of Bay City and Pam (Steve) DeCaire of Birch Run; his lifelong best friend Leo Raymond of Montrose; 11 nieces and nephews; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his longtime girlfriend Diane Redman.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 pm Monday, November 3rd at the Champagne Funeral Chapel of Caseville with Rev. Ken Lawrence officiating. Burial will be in Caseville Township Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 am Monday until the time of the service.
