Anita Marie Hunter

With heavy hearts and empty arms we announce the passing of our beloved infant daughter, Anita Marie Hunter, who was returned to the Lord on Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at Covenant Medical Center in Saginaw. Although only with us for five days, we thank God for every moment we were able to be with her. We will hold in our hearts forever Anita's beautiful face, chubby cheeks, and thick, wavy dark hair. She will be profoundly loved and missed as we await the day we are reunited in Heaven. Anita is survived by her loving parents, Jennifer & Joshua Hunter of Reese; adoring sisters, Ava Dee and Amelia Lilianne Hunter of Reese; maternal grandparents, Marcy Brinkman "Nana" of Caro, Richard "Papa" & Kayeleen "Grandma Kaye" Brinkman of Caro; paternal grandmother, Cheryl Hunter "Grandma Honey" of Minden City; maternal great-grandparents, Margo Miller of Owendale, Robert & Betty Brinkman of Caro; aunts and uncles, Joshua & Tracey Brinkman of Howell, Joel & Lindsey Brinkman of Decker, Jacob Brinkman and his fianc, Alysia Jones, of Mayville, Cassandra Rushton of Minden City, Douglas Rushton of Olive Branch, Mississippi; cousins, Avery, Adalee, Kylee, Logan, Millie, Isaiah, and Elijah. Anita was greeted in Heaven by her maternal great-grandfather, Delmar Miller, and great-aunt, Julie Dee Miller. Family and friends will gather to say farewell to Anita on Monday, May 10, 2021 from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Ransford Collon Funeral Home in Caro. Private family services will follow the gathering with burial to take place at the Brookside Cemetery in Fairgrove.
