Ann J. Cottick, age 88, of Caseville, died Thursday, April 5, 2007 at Huron County Medical Care Facility in Bad Axe of natural causes.

Ann was born August 1, 1918 in Houston, Texas to the late George and Mary (Stefuk) Danyluk. Her family moved to Huron County when she was a child and Ann finished school at Pinnebog High School. Ann married Thomas W. Cottick of Bad Axe on May 21, 1945 in Detroit. Tom died May 19, 2003.

Ann has lived in Caseville since 1957. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She enjoyed spending time with her family, gardening, and collecting and refinishing antiques. She traveled the country with her late husband attending Marine Corps reunions.

She is survived by her son John and his wife Coleen of Caseville and daughter Linda and her husband Thomas of Caseville; grandchildren Clint of Coldwater, Colby and his wife Marci of Pinconning, Billie Lynn and her husband Jeff Gudritz of Saginaw, Connie Marie Bukoski of Brighton and Jamie Rae and her husband Ray Felix of Battle Creek; great-grandchildren Liberty Jo, Keagan, Mikayla, Jeffrey, Lauren, Jeremy, Rayven and Ray Jr.; and sisters Helen Bushey of Caseville, Georgina Farver of Pigeon and Ardeth and her husband Gerald Hansen of Harbor Beach.

A memorial service will be at 1:00 PM Thursday, April 12th at the Champagne Funeral Chapel of Caseville with Pastor Michael Goforth of Calvary Baptist Church officiating.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 11:00 Thursday until the time of the service at 1:00 PM.

Memorials may be made to the Military Museum in Frankenmuth.
