Ann Hutchinson Jones

Ann Hutchinson Jones, formerly of Caro, passed away at the age of 73, on March 20, 2016 at her home in New York City from complication of ALS. Ann was born June 8, 1942 and was the daughter of Aubrey and Iva (Goodwin) Hutchinson of Caro. She graduated from Mount Holyoke College where, after graduation, she held the position of Administrative Manager of Rosie's Place Permanent Lodging House. Upon retirement, she moved to North Carolina until two years ago when she moved to New York City to be near her daughter and enjoy her view of the Manhattan Skyline. Ann is survived by her daughters, Elizabeth Jones of California and Allison Burke of New York; her siblings, Paula Warren of Florida, Tommy Hutchinson of Caro, Marion Raymond of Hendersonville, North Carolina, Judy Wright of Caro, Donna and James Alcorn of Mosheim, Tennessee, Mary David and Tim Crawford of Caro, Terry and Kristie Hutchinson of Caro, Patricia Woern of Hastings, Bruce and Diana Hutchinson of Caro, and Tim and Denise Hutchinson of Caro. Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Aubrey and Iva (Goodwin) Hutchinson; and also her brother, Paul Hutchinson. A memorial service will be held at future date.
