Ann Sturm

Ann Sturm age 93, of Elkton, died Wednesday afternoon, June 9, at in Saginaw following a three week illness.
She was born August 8, 1916 at the home of her parents, the late Steve and Helen (Cherniaoff) Bulatow in Fair Haven Twp.
On November 25, 1947, she was united in marriage to Willard C. Sturm in Bay City, they made their home in Elkton. Willard preceded her in death December 1, 1995.
Ann was a farm wife all her life and enjoyed cooking reading, crossword puzzles and flower gardening. She was a very caring and giving person especially when it came to her family. Ann attended the Community Wesleyan Church.
Surviving are two daughters, Carol (Harlan) Conley and Judy (Randy) Schlabach both of Saginaw; four grandchildren, Jason (Sarah) Hoffman of Saginaw, Meredith (Mark) Harris of Mooresville, NC, Melissa Hoffman and Josh Handell both of Saginaw, four great grandchildren Andrew, Fletcher, Lucy and Weston and her 98 year old brother, Alex Bulatow of Bay Port.
Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 AM Saturday, June 12, at the Champagne Funeral chapel, Elkton where friends may call from 2 to 8 PM on Friday and after 10 AM Saturday. Rev. DeWeerd Smith will officiate with burial in Grandlawn Cemetery, Winsor Twp.
