Anna Rose Albin, age 86, passed away Thursday, December 2, 2010 at her home, following a lingering illness. Anna was born April 14, 1924 in Wilmot, the daughter of the late Walter & Antonina (Zybron) Kupiec. She was united in marriage with Anthony Joseph Albin on May 9, 1942 in Wilmot, and the couple cherished more than sixty-eight years together. Anna attended Kingston High School through the tenth grade, but would later enroll in night school at fifty-five years of age. Anna earned her high school diploma in 1981. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Caro and greatly enjoyed spending time with her family, being outdoors and writing letters to family and friends. Left to cherish Annas memory is her husband, Anthony Joseph Albin of Caro; nine children and their spouses, Anthony & Judy Albin of Flint, Peter & Cheri Albin of Clio, Stanley Albin of Caro, Catherine & John Jordan of Caseville, Philip & Rose Albin of Caro, Mary Mwiwa of Caro, Rosanne Albin of Akron, Paul & Alesia Albin of Grand Rapids, Vincent Albin of Caro; twenty grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two sisters and their spouses, Stella & Norman Ziolkowski of Westland, Lottie & Bruno Kruzel of Ypsilanti; sisters-in-law, Ann & Ed Lewicki of Kingston, Joan Kupiec of Deford; brother-in-law, John & Judy Albin of Kentucky; and many nieces and nephews. Anna was preceded in death by two sisters and four brothers, Sophie Wojciechowski, Mary Ryba, Bill, John, Joe and Frank Kupiec.
