Anna L Forro

Anna L. Forro age 76, of Grant Twp., near Owendale passed away Monday evening, November 17, at Hills and Dales Hospital, Cass City.

She was born January 23, 1938, in Grant Twp. to the late Peter and Elma (Parker) Severn and lived in Grant Twp. all her life.
She was united in marriage to Joseph Forro in August of 1970 at Salem Lutheran Church, Sebewaing.

Anna was employed at General Cable, Cass City for over 20 years retiring when it closed.
She was a former member of the Owendale RLDS Church and had been attending First Baptist Church of Caro until health began to fail.
Anna enjoyed reading, doing cross word puzzles, cooking and baking.

Surviving are her husband, Joe; three children, Debra (Bill) Harris of Unionville, Robert (Tammy) Pillsbury of Sebewaing and Beth Pillsbury of Sebewaing; nine grandchildren, Nathan and Daniel Forro, Lisa (Shane) Spriggs, Tommy, Troy, Justin Harris, Crystal (Joel) Dressler, Amanda, (James) Heckroth, Amber Pillsbury, Clint and Carrie Sheufelt; eleven great grandchildren and one great great grandson; a sister, Genevieve Abbe of Owendale and brother, Herb (Jeanne) Severn of Unionville.
Preceding her in death were two sons, William and Randy Forro; a granddaughter, Cassidy McHalpine and brother-in-law, John Abbe.

Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 AM Thursday at the Community of Christ Church, Grant Twp. Elder Karen Bouverette will officiate with burial in Grant Twp. Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 to 8 PM Wednesday at the Champagne Funeral Chapel, Elkton and at the church after 10 AM Thursday.
