Anna Marie Wisniewski

Anna M. Wisniewski, 87, of Caseville, passed away at home while under hospice care on Monday, March 25, 2013 surrounded by her family.

She was born March 13, 1926 in Detroit to late John and Florence Radtke. On October 26, 1946 she married Carl H. Wisniewski in Detroit. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She was a homemaker and baked and decorated wedding cakes. After retirement she moved to Caseville and enjoyed traveling to visit her family.

She is survived by her husband of 66 years Carl; children Carl (Susan) Ayles of Smith’s Creek, Michael (Dianna) Ayles of Colorado Springs, Margaret Stivason of Cadillac, Mary Wisniewski of Albuquerque and Alice Zimmerman of Caseville; grandchildren Anita, Christina, Andrew, Michael Jr., Julia, Roseanne, Benito, John, Karen, Wayne and John; and 5 great-grandchildren.

A mass of Christian Burial will be at 11am Tuesday, April 2nd at St. Roch Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Roch Cemetery.

Visitation will be 2 to 8 pm Monday at the Champagne Funeral Chapel of Caseville. She will lie in-state one hour prior to mass on Tuesday in church. There will be a scripture service at 7:30 pm Monday at the funeral home.
