Arletta Ann Adams

Arletta Ann (Bernthal) Adams of Bay City, formerly of Caro, age 88, passed away on Sunday, July 3, 2022 at Charter Senior Living in Bay City. Arletta was born August 20, 1933 in Reese, the daughter of the late Edwin and Florence (Brenner) Bernthal. In 1965, Arletta married Robert Adams, who survives her. She was employed with Eaton/Grede Foundy until the time of her retirement in 1995. Left to cherish her memory are her husband of more than fifty-seven years, Robert Adams, and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Arletta was preceded in death by her siblings and their spouses, Lorine & William Heinlein, Bea & Delbert Bamberg, Lorna & Aldine Kline, Raymond Bernthal; and three nephews. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Caro with Rev. Cameron Steele officiating. The family will be present to receive friends at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow later in the day at Riverside Cemetery in Vassar.
