Arnold "Arnie" Morley

Arnold J. Morley age 75, of Elkton died Friday evening, December 10, at the Huron County Medical Care Facility, Bad Axe.
He was born May 3, 1935 at the home of his parents, the late Wesley and Lola (Roberts) Morley in Oliver Twp.

Arnie graduated from Elkton High School in 1955; a short time later he began working at Evans Products in Gagetown. On September 25, 1965, he was united in marriage to Mary A. Hayes at the Bad Axe Church of the Nazarene; they made their home in Elkton. In 1970, he started working at Active Industries, Elkton, retiring in 1993 with 23 years of service.
Arnie attended the Community Wesleyan Church, Elkton. After retiring he stayed busy taking care of some of the seniors citizens yards and shoveling their snow. He especially enjoyed spending time with his kids and grandkids.

Surviving are his wife, Mary; three children, Sandy (Steve) Wolschlager of Rapson, Deanna Morley Conely of Carsonville and Devin Morley of Elkton; eight grandchildren, Adam, Kyle, Krista, Alex, Ryder, Shaylee, Courtney and Lillian; his brother, Walter (Tess) Morley of Abilene, TX; his sister-in-law, Charlotte Morley of Elkton and his Godson, Jim Morley. Preceding him in death was a granddaughter, Jessika Wolschlager and a brother, Leland Morley.

Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 AM Wednesday, December 15, at the Community Wesleyan Church. Rev. William O'nan, pastor will officiate with burial in Riverside Cemetery, Elkton.
Friends may call from 2 to 9 Tuesday at the Champagne Funeral Chapel, Elkton and at the church after 10 AM Wednesday.
