Barbara B. Butler

Barbara B. Butler, age 64, of Sebewaing, passed away July 10, 2018, in an automobile accident.

Barbara was born March 4, 1954, in Trenton, Michigan to Norman and Florence (Bragenzer) Burley. She was raised in the downriver area and moved to Skidway Lake, Michigan in 1979, then moved to the Sebewaing area in 2010. Barbara graduated from Whittemore Prescott High School. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren, bowling, gardening, tending to her houseplants and flowers, going to garage sales, watching birds, shopping, drinking coffee, camping, shooting and collecting guns.

Barbara is survived by her 9 children: Diane (Mark) Binder, Norman (Michelle) Butler, Raymond (Brenda) Butler, Bahama (Jerry) Gorski, Rick (Jennifer) Niemi, David (Tiffany) Niemi, Vickie Niemi, Jessica Niemi and Joshua Niemi; 25 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; brothers, Charles and Ralph Burley.

Barbara is preceded in death by her longtime companion, Ronald Niemi; parents; and siblings: Clarence Burley and Mary Kropp.

Visitation will be Monday, July 16, 2018, at Juengel & Mellendorf Funeral Home in Sebewaing from 2-8pm.

The funeral service will be Tuesday, July 17, 2018, at Juengel & Mellendorf Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 10am until the time of service at 11am.

Memorial donations may be given to the family.
