Beatrice L. (Madsen) Jarvis

Beatrice L. (Madsen) Jarvis age 86, of Elkton, died Monday evening, April 4, at the Huron County Medical Care Facility.
She was born May 18, 1918 in Caseville at the home of her parents, he late August and Lucinda (McCullogh) Kinkle.
On June 5, 1934, she was united in marriage to Peter Madsen in Detroit. They lived in East Detroit until Peter retired in 1964. A short time later they moved to their cottage at Oak Beach. Peter died June 30, 1983 and Bea moved to Elkton later that year.
On May 18, 1985, she married Robert Jarvis and made their home in Elkton. Bob preceded her in death also, on October 22 of last year.
Bea never had children but is survived by many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 AM Thursday, April 7, at the Champagne Funeral Chapel, Elkton. Rev. Lee Wenskay, pastor of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Linkville will officiate with burial in Caseville Twp. Cemetery.
Friends may call from 3 to 8 PM Wednesday and after 10:00 AM Thursday.
Memorials may be given to St. Paul's Lutheran Church or the Caseville United Methodist Church.
