Beatrice Randall

Beatrice Michelle Randall, age 51, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, March 6, 2009, following a courageous battle with cancer over the last nineteen years. She was born August 21, 1957 in Caro, the daughter of Duane R. & Dorothy Marie (Meier) Farnum, and was a lifelong area resident. Bea graduated from Caro High School, and would later earn an Associates Degree in Medical Transcription from Great Lakes Junior College. She was united in marriage with Johnnie B. Randall on April 13, 1974 in Caro. Bea enjoyed canoeing, camping, playing bingo, going to garage sales and casinos, and being with her family and friends. Beatrice is survived by her loving husband of over thirty-four years, Johnnie B. Randall of Vassar; three children, Mindie Randall & Charles Cunningham of Vassar, John “J.R.” Randall of Vassar and Corey & Stacy Randall of Saginaw; five grandchildren, Brad, MaKayla, Abbey, Nathan and Savannah; her mother, Dorothy Farnum Gillespie of Watrousville; four brothers, Lawrence Farnum and his fiance, Dottie, of Caro, Richard Farnum of Georgia, Duane Tack of Saginaw, Patrick Farnum of Florida, Joseph Gillespie and his wife, Carla, of Vassar; two sisters and their spouses, Virginia & Joel Raymond of Mayville, Gerry Beth & Charles Buckel of Fostoria; her mother-in-law Donnabell Randall of Caro; brother-in-law, Willie Randall of Millington; sister-in-law, Donna Randall of Caro and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles whom she loved dearly. Bea was preceded in death by her father, Duane Farnum, her step-father, Floyd “Slim” Gillespie, and her father-in-law, Wilferd Randall.
