Beth Ann Osborn

Beth Ann Osborn of Caro, age 68, passed away on Sunday, April 2, 2017 at the Tuscola County Medical Care Facility. Beth was born July 12, 1948 in Caro, the daughter of the late Ernest Leslie and Mona Lee (Rushlo) Osborn. She was a graduate of Caro High School, and worked as a waitress at Barriger's Restaurant in Caro, and then as a Records Clerk with the Tuscola County Sheriff's Department from December 13, 1986 until her retirement on September 1, 2005. Beth enjoyed astrology, tatting, knitting, crocheting, gardening, Native American culture, beading, music and movies. Beth is survived by one daughter, Chandra Gunsell and her husband, Kevin, of Bay Port; three grandchildren, Shanteran and her fianc, Kenny Green, of Gagetown, Tanner and MaKenna; her siblings, Jack & Betsy Osborn of Bay City, Bob & Janice Osborn of Caro, Jan Osborn Suranye of Caro; seven nieces and nephews, Maribeth Gordon, Josona & Adam Linzner, Josh & Kimie Osborn, Angila & Andrew Hoffman, Kris Osborn, Monique & Kevin Kobiela, Nikki & Matt Bruno; three uncles, Ferris Rushlo, Dave Rushlo, Don & Marion Rushlo. In addition to her parents, Beth was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Lewis Suranye; and a special aunt, Ruth Osborn. In keeping with Beth's wishes, cremation has taken place.
