Betty visited family back in England every year.
She loved gardening, knitting and playing games with her grandchildren, whom she loved very much. After her husband retired they built a new home and settled in Caseville.
She was preceded in death by her husband Bill, sister Barbara, brother John and his wife Peggy and her parents Reginald and Sylvia Pilgrim.
She is survived by her daughters Linda Fritz of Caseville and April (John) Gilbert of Traverse City; grandchildren Adam (Crystal) Fritz, Mandie (Steve) Krohn, Jon, Kevin and Summer Gilbert; great-grandchildren Lakyn, Emma, Easton, Hunter, Owen, Adalyn and Rylee; and step-great-grandchildren Taylor, Brooke and Lauren; and also many nieces and nephews in the states and in England.
She was buried beside her husband on Wednesday, January 23rd at Caseville Township Cemetery. Champagne Funeral Chapel handled the arrangements.
