Betty Marion Wilson

Betty Marion Wilson, age 76, of Caseville, formerly of Flint, died July 26, 2005 at United Hospice Residence in Marlette after a brief illness.

Betty was born September 28, 1928 in Flint to the late Peter and Anna (Hritz) LaBoskey. She graduated from Flint Northern High School in 1945. From 1945 to 1956 she worked as a secretary at the Flint Police Department. On September 29, 1956 she married William Ralph Wilson of Flint in Toledo, Ohio. In 1968 they moved to Caseville. She was a devoted wife and homemaker, and she enjoyed reading and her flowers.

Betty is survived by her husband William Ralph; step-son William Ralph (Miriam) of Saline; grandchildren Jennifer, Melanie, and Luther William (Michel); great-grandchildren Aaron and Ethan; brother John (Janet) LaBoskey of Grand Blanc; brother-in-law Wayne C. Hoffmeyer of Texas; sister-in-law Catherine LaBoskey of Florida; and eleven nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her brothers Donald P. and William J., and sisters Cecilia, Marie and Theresa.

A Memorial Mass will be at 11:00 AM Friday, July 29th at St. Roch Catholic Church with Fr. Ken Yaroch presiding. Friends are welcome to begin gathering at church at 10:00AM Friday.
