Beulah Marie Green of Caro, age 92, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, November 22, 2023 at Hills & Dales Hospital in Cass City. Beulah was born November 29, 1930 in Pigeon, the daughter of the late John and Mary (Harris) Muentener. She graduated from Pigeon High School and on August 20, 1949, Beulah married Delos Green at Bay Port United Methodist Church. Their marriage was blessed with over forty-eight years before his passing on November 10, 1997. Beulah loved to make quilts, crochet, go on trips, and spend time with her family. She belonged to the Caro MI221 Tops Club since 1961 and was a member of the Caro First Baptist Church for over sixty-six years. Beulah remained active with the church and adored her church family. She was a regular volunteer at Caro Human Development, remaining active up until just a couple weeks ago, making sure to never miss a Wednesday. Her beautiful smile and kind and loving soul will be missed, yet lovingly remembered for years to come.
Beulah leaves to cherish her memory, her son, David Green of Harbor Springs; daughter, Gail Green of East Lansing; granddaughter, Adrienne (Gaurav) Chadha of Northville and great-granddaughter, Noorvi Chadha. In addition to her parents and husband, Beulah was preceded in death by her daughter, Linda at the age of 12; two brothers, William Muentener and Gerald Muentener.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at the Caro First Baptist Church. Rev. Marc Herron will officiate with interment taking place in Indianfields Twp. Cemetery. The family will be present to receive friends on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Ransford Collon Funeral Home in Caro and again on Wednesday at church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of her service. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to The Lighthouse staff for taking such good care Beulah. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider memorial contributions to the First Baptist Church Building Fund.
