Beverly Ann Ball, age 67 years, of Unionville, formerly of Caro, died on Tuesday, November 22, as the result of a traffic accident on M-24 near Akron Road. The former Beverly Tibbits was born on April 16, 1938, in Pinnebog and was an Elkton High School graduate. On June 3, 1955, Beverly Tibbits married David C. Allan, Sr. He preceded her in death on November 30, 1984. The Allans moved from Huron County to Caro in 1965. Beverly was a cook until her retirement at the Tuscola County Medical Care Facility. On June 7, 2003, she married Norman Ball and they moved to Caro Street in Bay Park. She enjoyed people, was a member of the United Methodist Women and the Sutton-Sunshine United Methodist Church and attended the Wisner United Methodist Church. She was very much involved in church activities, the choir and bible study. Beverly is survived by her husband; Norman C. Ball; seven children, David C. Allan Jr. and Shelly of Caro, Pamela (Harry) Perkins of Kingston, Debbie Robinson and David Block of Deckerville, Terry Ball of Sebewaing, Blaine Ball of El Paso Texas, Tim (Ann Marie) Ball of Fairgrove, Patricia (Rev. Eric) Garlick of Shelbyville, Illinois; grandchildren, Kim Vermeesch, Heather Ball, Sarah Ball, Jeremy (Kelly) Ball, Jason (Angela) Ball, Jordan Ball, Evan Garlick, Ryan Garlick, Rachel Garlick, Travis Parrish, Tiffany Parrish, Ben Boyle, Candice Boyle, Mike Boyle, Jr., Evan Perkins, Lynda Robinson, Mike (Rachel) Robinson, Brian Robinson; eight great-grandchildren; five siblings, Bertie Lou (John) Worthington of Middletown, Indiana, Lewis (Geraldine) Tibbits of Sebewaing, Larry (Rita) Tibbits of Merrill, Cheryl (Charles) Riley of Constantine, Kent (Beth) Tibbits of Pigeon; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and first husband, she was preceded in death by two sons-in-law and a granddaughter; Michael Boyle, Kristen Boyle and Newt Robinson. The funeral service will be held: AT: Sutton-Sunshine United Methodist Church ON: Saturday, November 26, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. WITH: Pastor Pat Robbins, Officiating Burial will be: AT: Ellington Township Cemetery Visitation will be: AT: Collon Funeral Home in Caro ON: Friday from11:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. and AT: Sutton-Sunshine United Methodist Church ON: Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. Memorials may be made to Sutton-Sunshine United Methodist Church or the Bay Shore Camp in Sebewaing.
