Brandy Marie Dickson

Brandy Marie Dickson of Caro, age 36, passed away on Sunday, December 15, 2019. Brandy was born November 16, 1983 in Detroit to Michael Hein and Cheryl Hall. She graduated from Cass City High School with the class of 2001 and later attended Baker College where she received an associate degree in massage therapy in 2005 and a medical assistant degree in 2006. Brandy began her massage therapy career with Dr. Ray Sala before practicing as a medical assistant. She later worked at Caro Chirofit and was currently employed at the Chiropractic Wellness Center in Caro as a massage therapist. Brandy was a loving and devoted mother whose time and talents were shared limitlessly for the benefit of her children. She was active with Caro Growlers Wrestling and served as a president of the organization and was also this year's team mom for Caro High School Wrestling. Brandy participated in several USA Powerlifting competitions and excelled in the sport. Her spare time was often spent outdoors, hunting, kayaking, and hiking. She will be remembered for her big heart and caring nature. Left to cherish Brandy's memory are her two children, Hunter Michael James Dickson of Caro, Aurora Skye Lyons of Caro; father, Michael Hein of Coleman; mother, Cheryl Hall of Ypsilanti; maternal grandmother, Carol Hall of Warren; one sister and her husband, April & Arthur Brinkman of Cass City; brother, Jeremy Decent of Ypsilanti; step-siblings, Tim Decent, Michael Decent, Jessica Decent-Doll; Hunter's father, Luezern Dickson of Vassar; and many nephews, nieces, uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends. Brandy was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Wayne Hall; and paternal grandparents, Christian William & Anna Mae Hein. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 29, 2019 at the Colwood United Brethren Church in Caro with Rev. David Dietzel officiating.
