Bruce Eremia

Bruce Edward Eremia, age 63, of Sebewaing passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at his home.

Bruce was born October 15, 1951 in Bad Axe, the son of the late John and Helen (Martens) Eremia. Bruce enjoyed hunting, fishing, cooking; especially roasting pigs as he hosted annual pig roasts for many years. He was also an avid card player and enjoyed visiting and telling stories with friends and family. He was everybody's 'Uncle Bruce'.

Bruce is survived by his 7 siblings and their spouses, Bettyann Steadman of Melbourne, Florida, Sandra (Royce) Shamel of Vassar, Robert (Janet) Eremia of Caro, Jacqueline (Michael) Mandich of Owendale, William (Lynette) Eremia and Michael Eremia all of Unionville, Mary Ralston of Gaylord. Nieces and Nephews, Mark and Tracy Steadman, Bob, Roger, Sara and Jim Eremia, Mike and Matt Mandich, Andrea Ross, Bill Eremia and April Gremel, Missy Linzner, Stacey Gemmell, and Greg Eremia, Kelly Treder and David Ralston and also many great-nieces & nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother-in-law Earl Steadman, and his great-niece Chelsea Kathryn Eremia.

Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at Juengel & Mellendorf Funeral Home in Sebewaing on Tuesday, December 2, 2014 at 3pm with visitation beginning at 2pm until time of service.
