Carol Louise Stahl

Carol Louise Stahl, age 88, of Bay Port, passed away Friday, March 7, 2025, at Huron County Medical Care Facility in Bad Axe, Michigan.

Carol was born March 11, 1936, in western Michigan to the late William and Alice Elizabeth (Bailey) VanNortrick. She graduated from Owendale High School.

She was married to Robert K. Stahl on April 16, 1955, in Owendale, MI. She worked at Sebewaing Industries.  She was an expert seamstress and sewed for her family and community. Her hobbies were sewing, knitting, crocheting, reading, puzzles and an avid collector of Disney movies.

Carol is survived by her children: Jane (Dennis) Himmel, Peggy (Neil) Messing, Brad (Belinda) Stahl, Illene (Edwin) Pasek, Colleen (Terry) Smith, John Stahl and Jason Stahl. Grandchildren: Robert (Jami Chiotti) Stahl, Sarah Himmel, Nicholas (Angelia) Sanchez, Mason Pasek, Addison Pasek, Joleen (Brandon) Swartzendruber, Chantal Forman, Chalon (Corey) Hatcher, Jared Smith, Madison Smith, Amanda Kester, Courtney Stahl, Chelsea  (Jeremy) Rieger, and Mark Alfini. Great Grandchildren: Ahlyna, Dayton, Easton, Emersyn, Brayden, Anistyn, Azaylia, Everly, Jaxon, Jasper, Cesilia, Howard, and Conner. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert K.Stahl. Sons: Roy, Robert Jr., and Paul. Sisters: Ilene Woods-McBride and Bunny.

There will be no visitation or funeral services.
