Carol L. Tedford

Carol L. "Dumpy" Tedford of Caro, age 65, passed away on October 10, 2022 at Ascension St. Mary's Hospital in Saginaw. She was born January 18, 1957 in Caro, the daughter of the late James and Virginia (Dandron) Kniseley and was a 1976 graduate of Osborn High School in Detroit. Carol was employed as a waitress at Liberty Lanes in Sandusky and worked as a manager at The Lighthouse in Caro. She enjoyed sitting at the park, going to the beach, garage sales, gardening, walking her dog, Nala, and most importantly, spoiling her grandchildren. Carol attended the Colwood Church. She is survived by one daughter, Jennifer Brossoit (Charles Johnson), of Fairgrove; one son, John Prosser, of Fairgrove; she was nana to Tyler Skinner (Cari Carter), Garrett Brossoit (Sa'coya Nelson), Serenity Brossoit, Samuel Brossoit, Jaxen Brossoit; great-grandson, Eli Skinner; her boyfriend, Roy Prosser; one sister, Susan (Randy) Cox, and one brother, Jimmy (Julie) Knisley. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one grandson, Charlie Johnson; and two brothers, Carl and Chuck Kniseley. In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place.
