Cathy Stormzand

Karen "Cathy" Stormzand , age 66, of Caseville, passed away Tuesday, October 4, 2022 at Covenant Heathcare in Saginaw.

Cathy was born in Pontiac to Junior and Patsy (Greenfield) Kildow. She graduated from Waterford Kettering High School and Davenport University. She retired from Tower Automotive as a Quality Control Manager. Cathy married Kevin Stormzand on July 10, 2004 in Caseville. Together they enjoyed traveling and wintering in Texas. She also enjoyed reading, watching scary movies, the Whopper from Burger King, sleepovers with her grandchildren, taking pictures and just being at home with her dog, Winston.

Cathy is survived by her husband, Kevin; children: Jennifer (Kyle) Strieter, Brandon (Holly) Toy, KC (Alicia) Stormzand, Dustin Stormzand and Steven (Natasha) Stormzand; grandchildren: Jordan, Laney, Alexandrew, Sam, Abigail, Dominic, Ella, Silas, Ava, Ryder, Denver, T.J. Ayden, Neveah and Piper; siblings: Ronnie (Gloria) Kildow, Sue Kildow, Roger (April) Kildow, Paula (Mark) Guster, Linda (Troy) Gingrich and LeeAnn Kebart; step mother-in-law, Laurie Stormzand,; and many nieces and nephews.

Cathy is preceded in death by her father, Junior Kildow, mother Patsy Henry, step father Ronald Henry, father-in-law, Dale Stormzand, son Steven Dionne, and grandson Vinnie DeRocco.

Visitation will be Saturday, October 8, 2022 at Juengel-Mellendorf Funeral Home in Sebewaing from 2pm-7pm.
