Charlene Hickman

Charlene Hickman, age 75, of Sebewaing, Michigan, formerly of Sulphur, Oklahoma, passed away Sunday, February 14, 2021, at the Huron Medical Care Facility in Bad Axe, Michigan.

Charlene was born on February 2, 1946, in Sulphur, OK, to Charles and Stella (Biby) Hickman. She graduated from Sulphur High School, Class of 1964. She enjoyed traveling and living in many different places throughout her life. Charlene retired from Sulphur VA Hospital as a Caregiver. She enjoyed sewing, crafting, cooking, music, dancing, snow skiing and going to the casino. She was a member of the Free Will Baptist Church in Sulphur, OK.

Clarlene is survived by her 2 children: Andra (R.J.) Shier of Sebewaing and Paula Krien of Sulphur, OK; grandchildren: Alan (Heather) Shier, Alexandra (Chris) Folger, Shawnie (Zac) Ingram and Matthew (Cassidy) Shiplett; great grandchildren: Briget, Rohan and Gunner; siblings: Don Hickman, Glen Hickman and Ralph (Christi) Hickman; and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service is planned for a later date. Details to come soon.
