Charles Ray Bates of Caro, age 80, passed away on Friday, July 31, 2020 at Covenant Health Care - Cooper in Saginaw. Charles was born January 11, 1940 in Brilliant, Alabama, the son of the late Clifton and Rosa Bell (Musgrove) Bates. In keeping with Charles' wishes, cremation has taken place and no services are planned.
