Charles D. Gotham

Charles Dale Gotham, of Unionville, age 73, went to be with his Lord July 4, 2011. He was born December 19, 1937 in Sebewaing to the late Charles and Hannah (Zarnke) Gotham. He worked at Unionville Elevator, Michigan Sugar, and was a self employed farmer. He loved to hoe his beans and enjoyed the Detroit Tigers.

Charles is survived by his siblings: Charline Gremel, Dianne Schuette, and Darrell (Andrea) Gotham. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.

He is preceded in death by his sister, Audrey Gotham and his brother-in-laws, Ralph Gremel and Arnold Schuette, Jr.

Visitation is Wednesday, July 6, 2011 from 1-9pm at Juengel & Mellendorf Funeral Home in Sebewaing.

The funeral service will be Thursday, July 7, 2011 at Unionville United Methodist Church at 11am. Additional visitation will take place at the church at 10am until the time of service.

Burial will be at Hickory Island Cemetery.
