Charles Lane

Charles A. Lane, age 49, passed away Thursday, January 6, 2011 at University Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio, following a two year illness. Charlie was born February 24, 1961 in Jacksonville, Florida, the son of the late Clayton A. & Joyce M. (Davis) Lane. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Caro and was an ordained minister. During Charlies free time, he enjoyed being outdoors, fishing or hunting, just anything that put him out with nature. Charlie leaves behind one daughter, Janet Powell of Caro; four siblings and their spouses, Karen Bazan of Lapeer, John Fortson of Detroit, Tim & Marianne Fortson of Houston, Texas, Clayette & Joe Zechmeister of Caro; an expected grandson, yet to be named, to arrive in March; and many nieces and nephews.
