Charles Frederick Ricker

Charles Frederick Ricker, 83, of Elkton, died Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at his home.

Charles was born June 14, 1934 in Cass City to the late Charles Norman and Florence (Braun) Ricker.  He graduated from Owendale High School in 1953.  He served in the U.S. Army and was retired from the Huron County Road Commission.  Charles loved his family, his dog and spending time in the outdoors hunting and fishing.  He enjoyed listening to gospel music and traveling.

He is survived by his son Matthew (Laura) of Tooele, Utah; grandchildren Zoë, Emma, Noah and Lincoln; great-granddaughter Alana; sisters Ann (Gerald) Burzyck of Florida and Norma (Robert) Tait of Pinnebog; brothers Joseph (Gail) of Florida and William (Nanette) of Marlette.

A memorial service will be at noon Thursday, June 14, 2018, at the Champagne Funeral Chapel with Rev. Karen Bouverette officiating.
