Charles Arnold Roe

Charles A. Roe, 68, of Caseville, died suddenly at his home on Sunday, May 14, 2006.

Charles was born April 23, 1938 in Fort Wayne, Indiana to the late Rolla and Beulah Roe. He graduated from Purdue University with a BA in engineering. Throughout his career he has worked at the Newport News shipyard in Virginia, Lipe Rollway in Syracuse, New York, and US Manufacturing in Bad Axe and Detroit. In 1994 he bought what is now Todd’s Snack Pak in Caseville and has lived there since then. He was a member of the Fort Wayne Eagles. He enjoyed coin collecting, running his family business and visiting with customers.

Charles is survived by his son Anthony and his daughter Mistie, both of Caseville.

He was preceded in death by his wife Judith on September 10, 2003, sister Beverly, and brothers Dwight and Dorl.

A private committal service will be held at Covington Memorial Gardens in Fort Wayne, Indiana at a future date.
