Charlotte M. Jaworski, 81, of Pinnebog, passed away Saturday, April 15, 2023 at home under hospice care.
Charlotte was born April 13, 1942 in Bad Axe to the late Elwood and Avalon (Quinn) Cregeur. She graduated from Bad Axe High School in 1960. She worked at Kritzman Department Store in Bad Axe. She was a member of St. Felix Catholic Church and Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish. Her life revolved around her family, especially time spent with her sisters. She enjoyed gardening, camping and Polka music.
Charlotte is survived by her husband of 34 years Frank; children Joseph (Cathleen) Stinson of Pinnebog and Rodney Stinson of Pinnebog; grandson William (Stacy) Stinson of Charlotte; great-granddaughters Lorane K. Stinson and Lila James Stinson; step-daughters Brenda Maloney of Wakefield and Nancy Wilding of Black River; step-grandchildren Rita (Remus) Troop, Joanie Maloney, Patrick Maloney, Tricia Maloney, Daniel Maloney, Anne (Chris) Ostrander, Joseph LaFave, and Charles LaFave; step-great-grandchildren Noah, Graydon, Nora, Colin, Kenzie and Ayden; siblings Thomas (Judy) Cregeur of Filion, Carolyn Krohn of Elkton, Terry (Carl) Duda of Filion, Christine Titsworth of Clare, Noreen Helwig of Pigeon, Lee Cregeur of Elkton, Dan (Kathy) Cregeur of Cass City, Eric Cregeur of Kinde, Hollie Walsh of Ubly, and Kelly (Dale) Ricker of Filion; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her first husband William Stinson, and sister Joy Cranston.
A funeral mass will be 11:00am Wednesday, April 19th at St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church in Pigeon with Fr. George Amos presiding. Burial will be in St. Felix Catholic Cemetery, Pinnebog. Visitation will be 2-7pm Tuesday at the Champagne Funeral Chapel.
The family would like to thank the caregivers who took care of Charlotte during her time of declining health.
