Cindy K. Dietzel

Cindy K. Dietzel, 64, of Elkton, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at Scheurer Health in Pigeon.

Cindy was born July 30, 1958 in Saginaw to the late Norman and Nancy (Wasney) Davis. In 1977 she graduated from Hemlock High School. She married Elmer Dietzel on March 3, 1979 at St. George Catholic Church in Saginaw; he preceded her in death January 31, 2016.

Cindy worked as a teller at Independent Bank and the Pigeon Children’s Discovery Center. She was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish and the Elkton Lions. She enjoyed golfing, swimming, going to BINGO and spending time with her family.

Surviving are her children Michael (Richard Hasting) Dietzel of New London, CN, Jeffrey (Lydia) Dietzel of Midland, TX, Todd (Jennifer) Dietzel of Indianapolis, IN, Heather Loree of Bay City and Mellissa (David) Guster of Elkton; grandchildren, Aiden, Lady, Amber, Lance, Ashley, Todd Jr, Michelle, Ethan and Clarese; great-grandson Derek; brother Norm Davis of Saginaw and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral mass will be at 11:00am Monday, February 13th at St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church in Pigeon with Fr. George Amos presiding. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be Noon to 6:00pm Sunday at the Champagne Funeral Chapel.

Memorials may be made to the Elkton Lions Club.
