Clayton Hunt

Clayton Charles Hunt, age 48, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, December 26, 2009 due to injuries received in an automobile accident. Clay was born August 24, 1961 in Detroit, the son of Charles E. & Velma (Wright) Hunt. He graduated from Caro High School with the class of 1979. For several years after graduation, Clay ran the Hunt Laundromat in Caro. He later graduated from Delta College in criminology and police work. For several years, he was employed in security for a Bay City detention company and later with a catering business in Grand Rapids. Clay attended the Caro United Methodist Church and always enjoyed his time spent on a boat and other maritime activities. He loved animals and collected items made of brass. Surviving are his parents, Charles E. & Velma Hunt, both of Caro; one aunt, Dorothy Shock of Rockford, Ohio; one uncle, Royce Wright of Portland, Indiana and several cousins.
