Cynthia May Eckhoff

Cynthia May Eckhoff of Vassar Township, age 57, passed away on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at her home. Cindy was born November 27, 1960 in Lansing, the daughter of Keith Parks and the late Hazel Fensom. She was a graduate of Alma High School and went on to earn her CNA certification. She adored her family and spent her life taking care of others. Cindy will be fondly remembered as an extra mother to all who knew her. She is survived by two sons, Keith Eckhoff of St. Louis, Kenneth Eckhoff of Holt; one grandson, Jackson Gordier of Battle Creek; her father, Keith Parks of Alma; siblings, Tony Bergey and his wife, Sherleen, of Arizona, Greg Eckhoff of Millington, Jeff Eckhoff of Kentucky, Melinda Fensom of Haslett; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her mother, Cindy was preceded in death by one brother, Mike Eckhoff; and one sister, Brenda Robertson. In keeping with Cindy's wishes, cremation has taken place. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
