Cynthia M. Horiski, age 55, of Sebewaing, passed away Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at Scheurer Hospital in Pigeon.
Cynthia was born November 22, 1958 to Ernest and Hazel (Whidden) Nitz. She married Donald Horiski on June 10, 1978 in Bad Axe. She worked 20+ years at the Tuscola County Medical Care Facility in Caro. She enjoyed going to Florida, going to the beach, looking at flowers, cooking, baking, and playing games with her grandchildren.
Cynthia is survived by her husband, Donald Horiski; children: Stacey (Todd) Bliss, Kellie (Leroy) Beecher, and Donald "DJ" (Shiloh) Horiski, Jr.; grandchildren: Zackary, Rylee and Jackson; siblings: Sharon (Elmer, Jr.) Schumacher, Frances (Darrell) Wiergowski, Nancy (Tom) McGrath, Pat Nitz, Randall (Christine) Nitz and Jennifer Nitz (Rich Spencer); and many nieces and nephews.
Cremation services were handled with care by Juengel & Mellendorf Funeral Home in Sebewaing.
