Dale Bennick

Dale Bennick, age 40, of Warren, passed away on Tuesday, October 28, 2008 at Nightingale Health Care Center in Warren. He was born on March 9, 1968 in Oakland County. Dale was a graduate of Athens High School in Troy, Michigan. He enjoyed working on computers and spending time with his family. He is survived by one daughter and one son, Cassie Abke and James Abke; one granddaughter, Kailye Abke; his father, Peter Bennick of Caro; his mother, Madelyn (Paul) Gitschlag of Sterling Heights; one sister, Karen (Jeff) Pfriem of Powell, Ohio; and one nephew, Tyler Pfriem. Funeral Liturgy will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Caro on Saturday, November 1, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. with Father John Ladd officiating. Rite of Committal will be at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be at the Collon Funeral Home on Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and at the church on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. Memorials may be made to the Huntingtons Disease Society of America
