Daniel Devere Dutcher, Sr.
Daniel D. Dutcher, Sr., age 85, passed away peacefully at his home in Sebewaing on Saturday, October 31, 2015.
Daniel was born May 11, 1930 in Bay Port to Elvin and Elsie (Trivelhorn) Dutcher. After graduation he joined the U.S. Navy and served in the Korean War. He married Doris (Welch). She preceded him in death. He enjoyed spending time with friends and family.
Daniel is survived by his children: Daniel Dutcher, Jr. of Sebewaing, David Dutcher of Sebewaing, and Don (Cathy) Dutcher of Ramone, CA; sister, Frances (Ed) Myer of Sand Point; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Daniel is preceded in death by his wife, Doris; parents, Elvin and Elsie Dutcher; and siblings: Ralph Dutcher, Walter Dutcher, Kenny Dutcher and Keith Dutcher.
Burial will take place privately at New Bay Port Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be given to the family.
