Darci Elizabeth Lapratt

Darci Elizabeth LaPratt of Caro, age 54, passed away on Saturday, November 4, 2023 in Flint. Darci was born July 10, 1969 in Caro, the daughter of the late Larry LaPratt and Merry Force. She graduated from Caro High School and went on to earn her associate’s degree from Davenport University. Darci’s love for music was a defining aspect of her life. Whether she was attending live concerts or simply losing herself in the tunes of her favorite records, music was her constant companion. Darci's enthusiasm for live performances led her to countless concerts, where she experienced the sheer delight of live music, forming memories with friends that she cherished until her final days.

Darci leaves to cherish her memory, her children, Scott Gere, Travis Gere, Stephen Gere, and Jennifer Gere; step-father, Charles Corkran; and many, many friends. In addition to her parents, Darci was preceded in death by her favorite aunt, Elinor Moyer.

In keeping with Darci’s wishes, cremation has taken place and private services are being planned. Inurnment will take place in Indianfields Twp. Cemetery.
