David R. Belmont

David R. Belmont, 60, of Caseville, died unexpectedly Friday, August 17, 2012 at home.

David was born June 17, 1952 in Detroit to Betty (Bunch) and the late Donald Belmont. He grew up in Warren before entering the US Army while he was in High School. In 1992 he moved from the Detroit area to Caseville. He worked as a welder for Caseville Welding. He enjoyed fishing, music and playing guitar.

He is survived by his mother Betty Gerometta; brothers Donald (Nancy) and Ray Moore, all of Caseville, and sister Kim (Rick) Rodriguez of Essexville; and his former wife Mary Ann Krenz of Bay Port.

He was preceded in death by his brother Daryl Robert Belmont and step-father Robert Gerometta.

A private graveside service will be held at Caseville Township Cemetery.
