David A. Bushey

David A. Bushey, age 56, of Pinnebog died Monday evening, September 27, at the Huron County Medical care Facility while under hospice care.

He was born March 27, 1954 in Bad Axe to Rose (Fealko) Bushey and the late Howard bushey. Dave grew up in Pinnebog and graduated from North Huron High School in 1972. He never married and lived in the Pinnebog area all his life.

Dave was employed at Huron Casting until 1982, when he started at Active in Elkton; he left Tower (Active) in 2008 for health reasons. While at Tower he served as Union Stewart and was very active in the union. His hobby was riding motor cycles.
Surviving are his mother, Rose Bushey of Pinnebog, two brothers, Dennis (Joan) bushey of Bad Axe and Darren Bushey of Pinnebog; a sister Dawn (Ray) VanValkenburgh of Elkton; niece and nephews, Kristi, Mike, Shane and Cal and great nephews, Ben, Luke and Jordan.
Preceding him in death was a brother, Duane Bushey.

Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 AM Friday and the Champagne Funeral Chapel, Elkton, where friends may call from 2 to 8 PM Thursday and after 10 AM Friday. Staff Chaplain, Karen Bouverette, will officiate with burial in St. Felix Cemetery, Pinnebog.
Memorials may be given to the family.
