David Richard Deming

David Richard Deming, 67, of Bay Port, died Tuesday, March 27, 2018, at his home.

David was born January 12, 1951, in Sebewaing to the late Donald and Lucille (Martens) Deming.  He graduated from Laker High School in 1969.  He married Melody Abbe on November 1, 1980, in Elkton.  David worked at Active Industries and Tower Automotive and recently retired from driving truck for Werner Trucking.

He is survived by his wife Melody; children Candice (Will) Cain of Suffolk, VA and Jeramy (Melissa) Deming of Bad Axe; grandchildren Kaylee, Alexander, Lance and Tristan; siblings Rose Eisiliones of Caseville, Ron (Dee) Deming of Pigeon, Jim (Faith) Deming of Caseville, Betty Miller of Bay Port, Fred (Margaret) Deming of Vassar and Vera Deming of Caseville; and many nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his brother Dennis Deming.

Arrangements are being handled by Champagne Funeral Chapel.
