David Jenshak

David W. Jenshak, age 69, passed away peacefully at his home on July 19, 2010, following a courageous battle with cancer. David was born May 9, 1941 in Green Bay, Wisconsin, the son of the late Howard & Jennie (Hansen) Jenshak. He graduated from Escanaba High School in 1960 and began a thirty year career with Wilson Equipment as a heavy equipment salesman in Green Bay, Milwaukee, and Iron Mountain, retiring in 1989. In that same year, David was united in marriage with Barbara Woidan in Caro, and the couple cherished their twenty years together. A mechanical man, he enjoyed designing and inventing, rebuilding motors, and even built his own generator. Left to cherish Davids memory is his wife, Barbara Jenshak of Caro; five children and their spouses, Cindy & John Kelly of El Paso, Texas, Debbie & Andy Jamrog of Holland, Michigan, Angie & Jason Lewis of Woodbridge, Illinios, Cathy Bernier of Chicago, Illinois, Dr. James David & Rebecca Jenshak of Eldersburg, Maryland; seven grandchildren; three brothers and their spouses, Gary & Therese Jenshak, Edward & Barbara Jenshak, Robert & Myrna Jenshak, all of Escanaba; a sister-in-law, Millie Jenshak of Escanaba; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Roger and Donald Jenshak.
